Has anyone ever heard of the adjustable wing lure?

I picked it up at an antique shop in western Pa. a couple years ago and have had no success getting any info about it.

It was made by Challenge Tackle, inc of Meadville Pa.

Thanks in advance,

The Adjustable Wing Lure was made in Meadville, Pa. Yours is probably in a white box with directions. The plate would be adjusted for the depth you want the lure to run. It has rubber bands for attractant purposes. The lure probably dates to the 1950s, and has a value of $15 TO $25. Hundreds if not thousands of these lures have turned up in NW Pa. They may be collectible to some, but they are not antique.
