Strong Enough?

Just bought some Scotty Rod Holders (flush mount)for my Larson fish n ski. Wondering if my fiberglass walls will be strong enough to handle these or do I have to reinforce and if so, with what. Your suggestions

Be safe re-enforce it and be sure
it depends on the thickness of the glass, but be sure, is better than being sorry later.
