Help Finding Lure!? Little Cleo

I am hoping someone can help me find a particular little cleo. It seems really hot here on lake michigan and I understand a few of them are left. It is a 2/3rd ounce little cleo in a brown trout pattern. This is a light tan with spots. Any suggestions or help is appreciated!

Where are you on Lake Michigan? Good bets in SE WI and NE Ill would be Salmon Connection (Winthrop Harbor) and Pike Creek Outfitters (Kenosha).
