Hi,
Well I spilled the beans on the perch at Vermilion.Is anyone getting Perch or Walleyes at Avon.
I be fishing somewhere Tomorrow

Perching has been real good this fall at Avon, Marc.We usually head over by the point,but sometimes straight out from the power plant is just as good.I don't think much is happening with Walleyes there.Size of the perch has been real good.Give it a shot.Good spot.

I was heading to the Point today and stopped short to fish off the white condos in Sheffield Lake (30 / 08 line). Two man limit of 80 nice perch, but it was really rolling out of the NW with solid 4' ers. Still want to get you aboard, but hoping to do it on a more comfortable day than today. Are you able to get away during the week, or does it have to be a weekend ?

OK That will help. I plan on pulling the boat Nov. 5th, so we still have time. I will be in touch.

Fished Avon Point for perch for the first time today. Three man limit of 120 perch, but not quite the consistant size that I am used to for this time of the year. Had some 12" ers, but overall a mixed bag. 36' of water in front of the stacks was the location. Stll a little rough to be on the hook, but no where as bad as Thursday.
