Hey went out to the state park around 5pm last night and caught three eyes one of which i had to throw back because it was too small. also lost one ...just wondering if anyone really did any good around that area... Husky Jerks seemed to be the way to go... Looking to try to catch some eaters and possibly a hawg to get mounted best walleye i caught to date 28" 7 lbs trying to get one over 10lbs....

Were you fishing off the pier/breakwall, or from a boat?
I heard that people were catching some off the pier, but hadn't seen anything posted about it here yet.

Fished the pier last Wed. nite. It wasn't fast an furious, but the couple hours I was there, I seen 12 or 15 caught. Some were even caught off the rocks next to the pier. Huskyjerks and Bomber A's. The weather was too nice and drew a croud. All were just fish. The water was a little merky. I wouldn't expect any hawg's until after Thanksgiving. Checked out Lakeside an Mazericks, crystal clean water. Seen plenty of baitfish. Only seen 1 eye.
