I know someone just asked recently about this, but I couldn't find anything in the archives. Who sells the netting like Lund is putting in the bow to hold life jackets or coats and such? Can't find it in any of the catalogs. Thanks in advance for all replies.

Steve,
I have a 1998 PRO-V, which at that time did not come with the netting. I couldn't find it either, so I went to Henry's Marine in Chicago, which is where I bought the boat. He had them in stock, but they are expensive (around $120 for a pair), but I feel well worth it.

go and check at a auto parts store. The netting that goes in the back of a pickup cut into length wise works. At least it did for me and was alot less than the netting made by lund

I found that Lund wanted near $100. for the nets. WalMart has a cargo net for the trunk of your car that works just great. I bought two of them and have them in my Lund 1660 Pro V. The cost of the WalMart nets was $14.99 each.

Just curious how you guys are attaching the aftermarket nets, or, for that matter, how they are attached from Lund. I have played with the idea of installing them in my boat, but every time I get near a Lund dealer or a boat show I totally space it!

Dave,
The nets I bought from Lund come with small black plastic brackets. One set is screwed into the side wood panel, and the other set is drilled into the floor. I was having some other work done when I bought these so I had my dealer put them in as I am sure they do quite a few.

Dave how are things at the Walleye Alliance? Been slacking lately need to get to the meetings. Go to your handy boat dealer get some straps they come a couple to a pack, they look like a half strap or circle with 2 tabs to put screws thru, you will find them in top hardware type stuff. they come in black white and chrome!I have also found some nets at the Polaris dealer they are for ATV's they make one that stretches rectangulerly, something like that. they fit perfect in the front of my Mr Pike.
