Coming down to fish this weekend, just wondering if anyone been trolling these areas. We did real well this past fall there and I beleive the walleye have to still be there. With this funny wind patterns we're wondering if the water is still dirty or if its been clearing up. Detroit River will be our back up plan

Sorry i cant help you on the bite now but was wondering when did you start getting fish in Brest Bay last fall? Sept., Oct.?

From the local reports I've been hearing, the fish are in their usual spring areas. From the sattelite pictures the water clarity looks pretty good. Jigs and blade baits around Turtle Island and trolling body baits around Luna Pier should be the ticket. My maiden voyage is this coming weekend. I just hope the weather cooperates.
