yesterday afternoon was just crazy in the river,no matter where i fished, 1-8 lbs fish, most being female fish, 50% are sponned out

I fished the upper river on Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday. It was on fire. However, out of the 50 plus fish we boated, I only had three spawned out females.

should be good. do you have a canadian licence,just in case the us side is dirty

If you fish the Canadian side don't forget that you cannot transport live fish or bait across the border line, either way.

I am going out on the Detroit River for my first time this weekend. Ijust moved to MI from Cleveland. What is a good launch to use? Any tips on where to go? I am coming from Lake Orion. I assume you guys are jigging with minnows for them?

I had my limit in less than an hour Thurs. evening. The American side was very fishable; however, the Canadian side was mud.
