Once again, Kudos to Reeds

I ordered an Apleco 8500 from Reeds a few months ago and finally got it installed last week. While down at Red Wing on Sat, it came to my attention that I could receive, but not transmit. Upon further examination, I found that the "TX" LED was not coming on when I pushed the PTT button on the mic. After speaking to Raytheon Monday morning (they thought it was a defective PTT switch) I called Jeff at Reeds and explained the situation (at approximately 11 AM). Today at 1 PM a new radio arrived at my door! I'll be installing the new radio when I get home, and hopefully that will remedy the situation!

At any rate, I just wanted to express my thanks and give the folks at Reeds the recognition they deserve!
