Worked small area between ballast and north tip of Kelley's around the 38/42. 2 tickets of nice fish by 930. Probably threw 6 back that did not meet our "standards". No hawgs but nice eaters. Dipsey's seemed to take majority of fish. #3 back 50 and #1 back 25 to 35'. About any color spoon worked. Mainly the bigger stingers in confusion, monkey puke and bloody nose. speeds around 2.1 to 2.4.
Tried perching by ballast but nothing so moved to the ding dong bell by cedar point shipping channel. Got 30 but took several hours with lots of throwbacks and junkfish. Beautiful day on the lake.
