My son and I fished just west (aprox. a half mile) out of the Vermillion River in 38 to 28 ft of water and got our two man limit of all 3 to 4 lb fish. All were caught long lining Reef Runners 125 ft straight back and 75 ft behind boards 40 ft to the sides. Best colors were Erie Descent and Pink Lemonade. Most productive depth was at 30 ft. Marked more fish deeper but seemed to start catching more when we quit marking as many. Trollled in both directions N/E and S/W. B.C.
