Does anyone have info on the new reel by shakespeare, the tidewater lcl 10? I've been trying to find out more about this reel but no one seems to know anything about it. any info will be appreciated. thank you, Smitty
Call Denny at Sportsman Outpost 1 888 855 9032. He has em in stock and has looked em over. I think they may be a sleeper.
The tidewater reel has been around for a while, it is a good and proven reel. the retrieve is a little slower than the other counter reels, but they took a good reel and added a counter to it. the gears are machine cut,and it has a decent drag system. i think as ETT does it may be a sleeper, and a lot of people may be surprisd by them. i will be trying one here in the fishing mode in a couple of weeks. the people that have got them from me seem to really like them so far. time alone will tell us more about them. i will let all know either way as the feedback comes back to me. good luck and good fishin.

ETT and Den, thank you for the info. I recieved my reels from cabela's recently and wasn't really sure what i have. It's good to know that they are quality reels and at the price I got them, it's unbelievable. Hurry up spring !!! Thanks again, Smitty
