burns ditch report

got out today....ditch was ok...public launch was still froze in but doynes was open if you have 4x4 to pull boat out as a lot of snow/slush at bottom of ramp and i dont think you'd get a boat out w/o 4x4...not one hit and i worked the mouth and rip rap on east side of ditch...a boat came back from us steel and had one fish on...another boat was fishing out of mouth about 3/4 mile with four guys...not one hit...so they just are not there yet guys...steve

Thank you Stevie for the wonderful update. I appreciate you reminding me about the big lake. I have been SOOOO busy ice fishing and catching perch, crappie and gills that I almost forgot it won't be long before Lake Michigan will be hot. Please keep us posted and I appreciate your efforts.

Thanks for the report but what are you fishing for???Perch of salmon???Hoping to get over that way(from south bend) to do some fishing for the perch and the coho when they get going.Can't wait to see some good reports so I can feel better about coming over and burning some of that $3 gas in the truck and boat........Thanks again
