and didnt get a bite. a darn beaver came up the creek are and wouldnt leave the area i was fishing. not to sure but i am thinking that mabey he might have had soimething to do with not getting any bites. i am going to try the dam another nite this weeka nd see what happens dave

I am coming down the weekend of the 17th, will probably go out with bro in law in the little sac arm-was going to bring my own boat, but found out i will be working early this year-so have to put nose to grindstone and the boat UP instead of fishing this spring. anyway, am going to try some of prespawn areas, holes before the gravel areas(if there is any)and river channel before or as you get into the arm. glad to hear its at least open, my sister said it froze over for the second time since its been built.
