View Full Version : Alert! Lodging for Spring Valley MWC
Anyone with reservations at the Tiki Inn Motel in Lasalle-Peru
We just found out today 3/8/01 that this motel will not let
any fisherman plug their boats in at night to charge their
systems.I personally called there myself and they told me no
you cannot plug in.Better find another place to stay.

Dam thats a first ##### that motel fills up the quickest you can't even park a car or truck in there the week of the tournament.

Call the riveria motel just outside of spring valley they have rooms

Never been there, but just bring your batteries and charger in your room :) Not too convinent if you have an onboard charger, but it would do the trick :)

We called the Tiki last night, and the reason you can't plug in anymore is because the owner put in all new windows. It seems last year you were able to run the cord out the windows to plug in.
We switched over to another motel because of this post. Thank you for the heads-up. It wasn't until we made other reservations that we remembered we are docking our boats in a slip, and wouldn't need the plug-ins anyway..hehehe duh. Oh well, we will stay at the new place. It's got a whirlpool..;-)
