I fish Lake of the Woods anywhere from Big Traverse Bay to the Angle across to Morson, Ont. area. What is the best c-map for this area. I want something that will show most all of the islands as well.Thank you very much in advance.
Go to www.navionics.com and check out there charts. I have used them on Lake of the woods and they work great.

I have been fishing LOTW for many years and the BEST maps are the ones published by the Canadian Hydrographic Service. They are in color as to depth and VERY accurate. I get mine through the place we rent housebouts from and also from another Canadian resort that my wife and I go to each year. If you need more info on these places E-mail me and I will be happy to share it with you. I know they will be able to hook you up with the map/s you need, they are not cheap but niether is a lower unit, well worth every cent. Swede

I have the C-Map NT for lake of the Woods and it is excellent. It shows all islands, reefs and some depths. Many of the cans of the tug channels are on there and some depth contours. It also has marina and locations you can buy gas etc. After using it up on the angle three times I would never go back without it. I run mine on a Bottom Line Tournament Champion NCC 6500 so I can run the map and sonar on a split screen. nothing Better.
