ProXtra II Charging System

I am considering purchasing a ProXtra II by a company called Charging Systems International out of Nashville, Tenn. This charger utilizes the boat engine charging current to charge trolling motor batteries while engine is running. Is there anyone out there that has some experience with these units, the reputation of the company or any further info would be appreciated
