I'm making my first trip to LOTW, 2'nd week of june and would like some tips for trophy pike and walleye near sabaskong bay area. Also can a man take an extra 5 gal. can of boat gas across the boarder, or is that illegal too. Thanks

It is not "illegal" to take extra gas across the border. They may charge you duty on the extra if they feel it is in excess of what you need......seems to depend on the disposition of the border guard at the time.......
