I got my "new" bass pro catalog in to day (it takes till march for us in scotland uk to get it) and when i saw the t/sticks i immedatly thought **** me they are just raplalas with a new name . So what i do now is to make my own t/sticks,first you get an old patt t/stick take the hooks and wire hook hangers off and then with a fine saw spilt the lure along the join line and make a rtv rubber mold of each half and with this mold you then cast your own lures with ureuthane casting resin, and now i can make my own lures for peanuts.ps a t/stick over here costs $10 .If anyone is interested look on yahoo under "alumilite" or resin casting and they will find all the info they need on how to cast their own lures, ( you can even cast in clear resin and make your owm purple prizms. bye for now ...james.

James. Sounds like great way to save money!
If my calculations are correct, after I produce about 600 of them I will be near the break even point, attributing no dollar amount to my many hours of labor!
I been carving my knock-offs from pulpwood, prior to this eye opener!

PS: Can I do the same to make my own Ranger boat,then?

PPS: Do they have sarcasm in LochLomond, too? I hope they do.

The fish in loch lomond eat sarcasm for lunch!!! ps you would need a ##### of alot of rubber for a ranger mold!!. That was good one, it gave me a laugh, bye ..james.
