Recently puchased a Lowe Roughneck with a 1998 175 horse ficht.I expected this motor to run like a sewing machine as it was rekitted to 2000 specs,but noticed a very irritating "miss" between 1500-2500 RPM,as though the plugs were fouled. The dealer I talked to said this condition is inherit to all fight motors and that OMC had installed the wrong plugs. $200 later with new plugs the condition still exists. Has anyone found the cure?
