Open water in Sioux Falls

Any of you poor saps living in sioux Falls notice that the river is starting to open up?

does anyone know if the ##### up by the airport is fishable yet?

Oh, and I understand that all the ice is gone around rapid city, anyone up for a little spring trout fishing?

She is all buttoned up around the airport. Fish the spillway near Morells if you can stand the stink!

I might go a little further north or mabey even a bit east, but just to make the drive to a lake a little shorter. I to love this country
