Anybody know if the docks are in on the Red River at Selkirk Park or at Cats on the Red? Is the current/flow down to a safe rate?

Not sure about the docks won't know untill i get this weekend but the current has slowed down enough that guys are out there with boats now, probable not long till the docks are out.
