I'm having trouble getting good fish arches on my unit. What should my settings be at? Fishing shallow water - 20' and under.Thanks
try going to manual ,take fish id off, boost sensitivity untill lots of interference then back it off a little. Set upper and lower limits to the depths you are fishing.

I find the largest variable on same fish, same depth print out on the screen would be the spped over bottom the boat is moving.
Very long flat marks would be a slow drift, Nice arch, drift or troll of 1.0 to 2.5 knts. Smaller marks and blips for faster speeds
