Help, a mistake was made when a new G.loomis rod was bought as a gift. I need to sell this brand new rod, and am willing to "pay" for the mistake. I will sell the rod at a loss. please email if intrested. " quinndr@home.com"

If you take the rod back to nearly any retailer that sells G Loomis rods - and assuming that it is truly "new" they will generally give you full "store credit" for the rod - even with no receipt.
If you are like most of us - a store credit at your favoite fishing shop will work just fine.
Also - if you simply want a different action - they will generally simply exchange the rod - for full credit of the rod of your choice.

Boy I wish that were true at the stores in my area!!! I even said I would take less $ for credit - no way- they say they ordered the rod in "special" none of the stores in my area stock many if any loomis rods in store. They did let me put up a for sale add. And YES the rod is NEW, perfect!! (saw the water once). Dave.
