I've got a 2611, and I am using it for my trolling batts, which are run in parallel. Right now I have both sets of leads going to one battery. This is doing a fine job, but should I have a set going to each battery? Both ways technically accomplish the same thng, since the are in parallel, but I thought I would ask anyway...

Glen,

Since your batteries are in parallel, you have created one large 12 volt battery. As both batteries will charge and discharge equally I would leave your 2611 hooked up as it is.
