Going to be fishing the Potomac and Susky in MD and PA the first part of April. I realize the season may not be open, main reason for going is for smallies, but can't pass up the opportunity to try for Mr. Wallie.
Should be up around Duncannon(sp) on the Susquehanna and probably around Dam #4 on the Potomac. Has anything been happening there and what is the pattern?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
