Backwater Eddy, you had better get you boat out of the garage and put a weeks supply of food in there. I understand that all these 40 degree days we are having in the southern portion on MN are pushing a wall of water up the Red. Good luck East and West Grans Forks and all the other folks in that river basin.....I hope your flood insurnace is up to date...Seriously!
