What are some good pike lakes near Vermillion Bay? Looks like we'll have to be in the area before Musky opener this year, and would like to pull the boat out of our primarily musky and walleye lakes a couple of afternoons and go throw the heavy stuff.

The river is good place to try and they will produce some LARGE northerns for you check with Bobbys bait shop or where your staying to get the hot spots for the time you are there I know that in the spring some of the guy's in camp go the river and come back with some 15-25 pounders.
