Why is it when I select Wisconsin on email list I always get Illinois?

Are you sure that it is not WI? WI is usually overrun with Illinesians and can be confusing...

My guess is that when you type "W" you get WA to pull up in the window and then you type "I" which changes the list to start with the states with I. Just type "W" then use your down arrow key to scroll down to WI.
