Singing A Dealer's Praises

I simply want to “sing the praises” of an experience I had yesterday with a boat dealer in SE Michigan while I was picking up my new baby – a Lund 1650V Rebel. I’ve read horror stories and complaints on this site about dealers, etc. Well, if anyone is ever looking for a recommendation for an “outstanding” dealer in Southeastern Michigan – keep Chapman’s Sports Center in Lapeer, Michigan at the top of your list. First, they were very competitive and fair on the price. Second – their service was above and beyond expectations. A lot of “extras” done – and done impeccably well according to my specs – without any hassle. Everything was ready when I got there; they took all the time necessary to go over everything and answer all kinds of “dumb” questions; and they even did most of the paperwork! This was my first experience with Chapman’s – and I certainly can’t sing their praises enough. Bringing home a new boat is a great experience – Chapman’s made it even better…
