Just put a Panther 35 on my Alum. TP 195. It holds a 9.9 4 stroke Merc. The Panther manual says to support it when trailering. Just curious as what to use to support it. I was thinking a regular transom saver like I have for my big motor. What do you all do?

My brother uses a chunk of lumber and tilts it down on that...
Seems to work. (since 98')

I have the Merc unit rather than Panther, but I just trailer with the kicker all the way down and bungee strap the kicker in place. There is no way on mine the kicker can touch the ground unless the boat comes off the trailer (in which case I have bigger problems)..
Haven't seen the Panther, so maybe your situation is different.

I am going to try the new Bracket Pro this year. I haven't had any problems yet but I figured if I can prevent one from happening I might as well. Good fishing and don't forget to shoot the puck. Mike Peluso #999
Just run it all the way down, and bungee cord the lower unit to the trailer. (don't forget to take the bungee cord off before you launch! :) )
