Cheboygan River (Michigan) Eyes

What's the fishing like in the Cheboygan River between Mullett Lake and Cheboygan? Am looking for retirement waterfront property and can't afford lakefront, so am looking at riverfrontage.

I'm not real sure about the fishing on the river. But i can tell you mullet and burt are excellent walleye lakes. I would think being on "the chain of lakes" would be worth it! Plus you can go out to lake michigan if you want.
