Have any of you used soft plastics on your worm harnesses? If so what kind of results have you had? Also any other use of soft plastics for walleyes.

Read the Walleye In-Sider and the Walleye Guide, they've had stories in for years on the successes with plastic. Many use plastic with bait, and sometimes, plastic alone.

Very good question. When I produced the first InFish video series on walleyes I did a series of controlled tests on Mil Lacs while power trolling with spinners and found that scented plastics actually produced the same number of fish as livies.
The benefits of the plastics is that they are always the same size, they are easy to rig or rerig so they run the way you want plus if you leave them out in the sun they don't turn into stink pudding.

Thanks for the info. I know I saw articles in magazines and I bet if I search my videos I may find the one you refer to and watch it again.

I would try going up one size on your hooks if you are going to use power crawlers. I used them last year when I ran out of livies and I seemed to get less hookups than before. Coulda been a mental thing though, but I'm thinking the power crawler wasn't squishing out of way like livies do.

I've tried it a few times on the lakes I fish. Live always wins so far. I have yet to catch one on the plastics.

Try Livin' Eye Minnows from Cabelas in the fathead and glass minnow colors. Caught more walleyes than my wife using live minnows in Canada last year. One minnow will last up to 5 or 6 fish. How long's a live minnow good for?
