Any comments on this batter? For several yeaars we have been taking the Bass Pro "Hot & Spicy" and "Medium" mixes. We combine 1/2 of each product in a bag to create our own Cajun batter. It seems this NorthWoods cajun mix could solve this dilema. Would like to hear about any other good batters as well.
