I have two questions, First off, are the dual freq. transducers available for the X15 yet? The other question has to do with loading my boat onto the trailer. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get my boat to load level. It has a roller trailer, and even if I try to stand in the middle of the boat when loading, it always tilts down on the drivers side. My batteries are equally spaced, and I dont think I am that heavy, especially if I am in the middle of the boat when I hit the trailer. Can I do some adjustments on the rear rollers, even though they are equally spaced from the center of the trailer? Thanks in advance for any help you may give me.

Are your ramps even? I know that has gotten me before when you use a ramp that is not even.

Yes the dual tranducers 50/200kHz are available I just put one on a boat. It also has a built-in temp sensor in it. As far as loading your boat, what kind of boat and trailer do you have?

PJM. Did you have the single transducer on before getting the dual. I ordered the dual, but was told they were not available, so I had them send out the standard transducer. Is there any benefit to having both back there. The single 200khz 21 degree, or the dual freq 15 and 27 degree cones. I have a 1750 Crestliner on a Yacht Club trailer. 90 hp Honda on the tail. Ramps are level concrete.
I did not have a single transducer they sent me the dual and it was bought at Reed's in Walker MN. The place that you bought the unit should exchanged the transducer. You will have to pay the difference in the price.
