What effect would rising water have on walleyes in a reservoir?

Condition 1: I would fish bays that only have water in them during these periods of high water.
Condition 2: Of those bays that meet condition 1, I would fish those with a feeder creek or stream first.
Condition 3: Of those bays that meet condition 2, I would prefer that points(i.e. walleye structure) fall from the water line down to the creek channel. The closer the point gets to the channel the better.
Head for the areas with green vegitation. There will be lots of invertibrates in the clover and other weeds for the fish to eat.
