IS THERE SOMEBODY OUT THERE THAT COULD HOOK ME UP WITH SOME TAIL DANCES..JUST ORDER WHAT I COULD FROM CABELA'S AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PERCH,,BLUE & SILVER ...BLACK & SILVER AND THEY AREN'T GETTING ANYMORE IN THIS SEASON ...SO THEY SAY????? I't true, the tail dancers are a limited edition promo that Rapala employed with a significant amount of media hype to support it. I refuse to spend upwards of $7.00 for a 4" crankbait. I have lost a lot of respect for Rapala after they bought out Storm lures last year and are getting 25% more money this year for the same lure. By the way, Gander Mountain in WI has tail dancers stocked up.

If my memory serves me (and I think it does this time) this is the same marketing technique (introduce them as the "new HOT lure" and then cause a real or imagined shortage) Rapala uses almost everytime they introduce the "new HOT lure" not that many years ago they did the exact same thing with the "Shad Rap" and my brother-in-law (who's much older then me) told me that they've been doing the same thing since they first came across the pond in the sixties.

Gander Mountain in St. Cloud seems to have a good supply of them for the last couple of weeks.

I was there yesterday, Saturday, March 31st and picked up four.
