Does anyone know where good numbers of snow geese are at in s.d.?
I know this is'nt a goose hotline. Thanks for info.

Check out tonydean.com he usually tracks the geese on a day by day basis.
Have you all ever had any luck getting those sky carp to decoy like Canadians and Mallards? Half the fun to me is getting them to come in close to pop them with their wings cupped. I've not seen anyone do that on TV with snow geese. The ones i've been around were high flyers.

I purchased a video tape from Sean Mann Outdoors website called Autumn Harvest.....Unbelievable footage they call in Canada's, Snow's & Specks.....One of the best hunting videos I've ever seen....And before you ask I dont know Sean Mann personally...I stumbled across his website when I was searching for goose calls. Sorry my walleye buds but I cant resist a goose thread..LOL

Yeah Al, they do come in and it's amazing! I've seldom had hunts as exciting as snow hunts. Nothing like 1000 or so birds side-slipping and locking up in tornado fashion directly above you. If they just tasted as good as a roasted mallard. :)
