we all know that this will be a dipsy and spoon year on lake erie. RIGHT!!! what colors of spoons are working for everyone last summer. and has the lake changed lately.

The basic colors I use are confusion, shrimp, monkey puke, oil slick, watermelon, and perch. Any of them with a copper backing works well.
The only change I see on the lake this year is that the water will be down about another foot. Also, that we will have alot of the 1999 walleye hatch increasing the activity. Good Fishing.

As Cpt Denny stated those colors plus rainbow trout have been the top for a couple of years now. There are also new colors out that may be hot. Wonder Bread and Copper Melon are two. Also Dirty White Boy is popular. I don't know what it catches. It may be just the name.
