I bought a bunch of ReefRunner (deep divers) last fall since I heard how good they were. I finally got around to trying them yesterday. I ran 2 different baits and right out of the box, both ran HARD to the left. In fact, one was sideways in the water. I tried to tune these baits by bending the ring where the split ring attached. I never got these baits to run straight. Can you give me some specific advice to tune these baits?

Dave,
When you tune these baits, do it a little at a time. Most of the time you think that you need to move the eyelet on the lure a bunch. Just move it opposite of the way the lure is running, just a little at a time.
If you have a copy of Precision Trolling, there are a good couple of pages that talk about how to tune crankbaits.
Again, it doesn't take alot to tune the crank.

Good Luck fishin'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
