I would like to take this time and thank Dock Cop for its promt service,in which I recieved.I installed THE COP last week and it wasnt working correctly made 1 phone call to Dock Cop and they went through eveything with me and told me they would have one out the next day.The gentalman told me they only have a 1% r eturn rate,what is great in my book with any electical devices. I recieved my new product today and installed it with no problems.It took me maybe 10 minutes to set the zone I wanted and the unit works fantastic.They even sent me cash to pay for the postage to send the unit back to figure out what went wrong.If the unit stops a crook once it will pay for its self 10 times,we all know what electronics and tackle costs these days.Great product,Great service,Thanks alot.Rip Lips-Jamie Friebel.
