When do fish spawn??

I know when the Walleye spawn. Here in Utah it varies from March to April depending on lake elevation. But what about other species? Perch, White Bass, Carp, Trout, Bass, Catfish? And where do they spawn? River inlets (our rivers are too small to boat fish), gravel ares, weeds?

What I'm wondering is if I can target these areas afterwards and find walleye foraging on the fry. Any comments?
