It sounds as though it's been pretty wet in the Red Lake-Ear Falls area, but I wondered if there'd been enough moisture to have much impact on lake levels. Any reports?

I can't speak for that area, but I know water levels North of Upsala (2-2 1/2 hours West of Thunder Bay) are rising... the ditches were overflowing in many places, and the lakes seemed significantly higher than I have seen them in recent years. I have also heard unconfirmed reports that Lac Seul has come up over a foot since the 'May 24'.

Red Lake and Gullrock water levels are extremely high, in ffact a flood warning was issued for the area. the mnr has issued a caution to boaters using this system due to the large amount of debris floating in the lakes from the shore line being flooded.
