Spring runoff and 5" of rain have turned the normally placid Red
River near Wahpeton, N.D. into a raging fury. Our own Backwater Eddy has spent this weekend working hard helping to sandbag his favorite fishing haunt. Please keep Ed and his friends and neighbors in your thoughts and prayers and let's pray that the Red crests soon and please, God.... no more rain.
