Is anyone hip to the ice conditions(or does the ice even exist any longer)on said impoundments?
Also, are the launches ready if the ice is gone?

I can only speak of Pete, the ice is all gone but the water is roaring thru the upper part of the river, it is cresting any day, but for now it is hairy on the river, and if you wanna catch walleyes you almost for sure have to head up the river. Was out earlier today on another stretch nearby, water temp 40 degrees, all fish caught were within eyesight of the dam.

Flow over the Castle rock Sunday and it was 80% open and the petenwell, only the south 1 mile was open. I didn't look at the north end.
