I ordered a Raychart 425 about six weeks ago and still am waiting for it to arrive. Was told that they would have no problem getting it to me in less than a week. I have called every two weeks and they just say wait another two weeks. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same trouble and what they have been told. I can't wait much longer, before I have to think of getting something else.

I am also thinking about ordering the 425. Who did you order from. When I talked to BoatUs a few weeks ago they said they had the unit in stock. Hope you get yours soon and I am anxious to hear your opinions on the unit. Good Luck.

I odered it from Reeds Sports.
Well, maybe it is Reed's fault. Not to do bashing (heh) but they messed up an order of decoys I gave them pretty bad, and the owner said he'd call me back later that day... well, never got the call, and don't expect to. They got my money, but they won't get any more.

About 1 year ago I received an order from Reed's that was short several items, one phone call and no hassle, and I received the missing items the next day. Excellent service on that order.
