Red Lake fishing report

7 days till we leave for Red Lake. Was wondering if anyone had any fishing reports? Also wondering if minnows would be worth taking. And also will fishing dead bait for pike would still work 2nd week of June?
Thanks for any tips, I am gonna start packing.
