If I have an Ontario license and a Minnesota license, am I allowed to have 10 walleyes in my freezer in Minnesota?

I don't believe so. Because there is no way to tell if you actually caught them in MN.

I believe you can, but only if you stop at the US customs on the way out of Canada and have your fish stamped that they were caught in Canada.
