Berkley digital scales

From an earlier post I understand that Berkley is the way to go as far as digital scales. Is there any difference is quality from the 0-20lb model or the 0-50lb model? Or is the only difference the obvious one ( the ability to weigh up to 20 or 50 lbs ).
And of course the price.
