Since purchasing our new Tyee we have been having one heck of a time with the boat always wanting to load to the left.Have installed the new rollers availible but this has not helped. All of our loading has been in favorably winds and waders handy, really concerned it we would get some unfavorible weather and trying to get boat out asap. Any suggestions how to correct or should we opt for a differant trailer brand for our new Tyee? Thanks for opinions.

I have a 5.3(1750) Tyee. I had some trouble loading mine too. I learned that I was backing my trailer too far into the water. Try going in so the rear sets of rollers are just under water. If the trailer is set up right it should guide your boat on straight (or nearly). I load at some fairly busy ramps, (St. Louis river in Duluth), and it sure has helped me get out of the water faster.
Good luck and be patient with yourself! If you don't, no one else will!

I have a 99 1950 W/ the 260hp IO. I have also ran into the same thing. I did purchase side boat
guides (80.00) and they really help in heavy winds
I have been told that because it weights so much
that this will add to the loading (complication)
There are days when it goes right on, and some
attemps will take a couple of shots. LOL Don

if you slide your rear rollers in on the left side/ and your rollers out on the right side 3''
this will cure your problem. this never used too be a problem with any boats or trls / but the hulls have changed/ the trls / etc. its hard for the dealer too get them set exact at the dealership. also if there is a kicker engine this can magnifi the problem. also now you must move your roller beams up front also. this will cure your problem. good luck
